Technology

Our technological capabilities comprise of: IVR systems

  • Bandwidth Managers in redundant configuration.
  • Routers and Data Switches from Cisco with built in redundancies.
  • Servers from Compaq in redundant configuration. Softwares from Microsoft.
  • Call recording solutions.
  • Redundant Local Area Network.
  • UPS and Generator Backup.
  • International Private Leased Circuit.
  • Carrier VSNL/MCI on US Half Circuit.
  • Data Leased Line with ISDN backup for Internet Connectivity.
  • MVIP- Multi Vendor Integration Protocol telecommunications bus or the SCSA Bus and highly reliable systems architecture to deploy productive systems.
  • Routers : A CISCO made SOHO used to route the traffic in proper channel over a WAN link.
  • MCK PBX Gateway : A device used to connect the Norstar T1 EPBX ext to branch office. This supports maximum 12 lines. The voice quality is near toll free.
  • Extender 6000 : This device is connected in the branch office (call center in India) over a lease line to the main office. At the other end, it may have a PBX gateway or an EXTENDER6000. It has a capacity of maximum 8 lines.
  • HDSL modems : It is a modem, which works on Lease Line. This is located in call center to terminate one end of Lease Line.
  • CSU / DSU : A modem used in US office to terminate the Lease Line at that end.
  • Norstar Phones : These are digital phones, which are used as TDM.
